We are sad to announce the death of David Wilson (SMC 1941 to 1946), on 6th Feb 2026, at the age of 92.

His son Philip (SMC 1974-1978) writes:
Affectionately known as Dr David to the Pershore community in Worcestershire, he lived a long and happy life bringing humour, care and kindness to the lives he touched.
SMC was a key part of his upbringing and no doubt the driver that led to my time there.
He will be missed greatly.
